HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

  • A couple to few days after you place your order you will receive an email and a link with the tracking number to track your order or you can check your order status Directly from our website under Track My Order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO GET TO ME? 

  • Once you receive your shipping confirmation email allow 7-15 days for delivery due to high product demand! We have many fulfilment centers around the world to ensure your products get delivered to you as quickly as possible.   

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

  • We currently ship to all parts of the US and we ship All over the world! .
  • Free World Wide Shipping on all orders! (Except on FREE Promotion items.)
  • US orders will leave the warehouse within 24 Hours and arrive at your lovely home within 1-2 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse. Depending on the popularity, Shipment of the product may be quicker, but will reach within the 1-3 weeks! International orders will take approximately 2-3 Weeks.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM? 

  • If anything we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction, we’ll take the item back if it meets the following conditions:
  1. Unused and in new condition*
  2. Returned within 30 days of purchase on retail items Only, since the day of purchase. 
  3. If consumable, it hasn't yet expired
  4. It is not a FREE item, as we cannot refund shipping on our end.
  5. The Item is not a toy. All Toys are final point of sale, no refunds.
  • If a product is broken or defective we will replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge.

**To be considered, unused products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

  • Every once in a howlin' moon, an order can be shipped separately if one of the items is back-ordered or shipping from a different warehouse.
  • Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other! If you do not receive the remainder of your order within 3-5 business days, please contact at ACanvasthing@gmail.com

I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately (Within 24 Hours). We generally process orders within 1-3 hours of purchase, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM? 

Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION? 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add ACanvasthing@gmail.com to your safe sender list.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website if you have created one.

MY ORDER STATUS IS SAYING "UNFULFILLED" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? 

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order request! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled." You can Track your order by visiting out Track My Order Page!
